To make your stay with Luxury Villa Stay Thailand Co. Ltd., a pleasant experience, the management requests you to co-operate in observing the following rules:

The tariff is typically applicable for accommodation only, but may include packages such as airport pick up/drop or meal plan, etc. floated by management. All special requests are subject to availability, and additional charges may apply.

As required by law, every guest must fill in and sign the Guest Registration form and produce a valid photo identity on arrival. Any guest checking in is required to maintain a security deposit in cash, which will be fully refunded at check out once all dues have been settled and no damage /breakage to the property is found. In the case of damaged items/furniture, please inform housekeeping.

Standard check-in time is 3 pm, and check-out time is 11 am. Please inform the management if you wish to stay in your villa beyond this time. An extension to your stay is subject to availability, and additional charges may apply if the guest desires to retain the villa for more than 2 hours after check out time. If an extension is not granted and the guest is not present for check out, the management retains the right to remove the guests’ belongings from the villa and keep it in the storage room.

Management will not, in any way, be held responsible for any loss due to theft/pilferage of valuables.

Bringing goods and/or storing articles of combustive or hazardous nature and/or prohibited goods and/or goods of objectionable nature is prohibited. Guests breaching this rule will be solely liable and responsible for the management, other guests, invitees, visitors, agents, and staff for any loss, financial or otherwise, and damages that may be caused as a result of negligence and not the observance of rules.

Correct usage of the pool/provided items of the premises is solely the responsibility of the guest. Management is not, in any way, responsible for obedience to the rules and regulations and personnel precautions of the guest(s) or any incidents that occur due to misuse/disobedience of the rules. In case of an emergency, call 1554 and management on the number provided. Please ensure children are not allowed in the pool/ pool area/ kitchen/ staircase/ balcony without adult supervision.

It is agreed that guests will conduct themselves as the case may be, in a respectable manner, and refrain from causing nuisance or annoyance to other guests on the premises. It is mutually agreed that the interiors of the property are strictly NON SMOKING. Designated smoking areas are available outdoors. Fine for violation of this rule is 5000 THB. Loud music and parties are not allowed outdoors after 10 pm if they cause disturbance to the neighbourhood. The management reserves the right to request guests breaching these rules to vacate the villa or other area without prior notice and without assigning any reason whatsoever, and the guest shall be bound to vacate when asked to do so. In case of default, the management has the right to remove the guest and belongings from the villa with no refund.

Guests are required to observe, abide by, conform to, and be bound by all applicable Acts, Laws, and government rules in force from time to time.
